Services

A'Bear & Ball Architects offer a full range of architectural services. Each project is unique, however all projects pass through a similar series of stages in their development and implementation. These stages are based on the RIBA’s Plan of Work.

We are often asked how much our services cost and this is an extremely difficult question to answer given the uniqueness of each project in its size, scope and complexity.

Our flexible approach allows clients to select only the services or stages they require and can be tailored to specific requirements however typically, a full service project procured through A’Bear & Ball Architects is split into 3 main stages as follows;

1) Design to Planning

2) Building Regulations, Construction Information and Specification of Works

3) Construction & Contract Administration

A’Bear and Ball Architects currently work on an aggregate hourly rate of £75 exc VAT. When calculating our fees we always carefully consider the resources required. Our fees are calculated by the amount of hours we believe are required to effectively deliver the project. We have outlined the stages below to give you an indication of time that would typically be required for each work stage and as such have given indicative ranges of what you might expect;

Please note that these figures are for guidance only. A no-obligation, free initial consultation will allow us to give you a much clearer understanding of likely costs.
